Daniel, Lauren, and Kenai’s visit

At the skilled nursing facility

It has been a wonderful 3 days having Daniel & Lauren visit us and meeting their 3 month old German Shepard puppy, Kenai.

Yesterday, the nursing facility where Kim is, allowed us to bring Kenai inside. Kim loved seeing and petting the doggie. Kim was also put in a wheel chair for the first time and we took him around the facility and the courtyard.

I could not be happier with how attentive the facility’s staff is and the good care Kim is receiving. In addition, being so friendly and welcoming of Kenai the doggie was just great. Everyone, from patients, nurses, doctors, visitors just loved seeing and petting Kenai. Above all, Kim loved petting him and smiled for the first time ❤️

    Glad to see Daniel, Lauren and Kenai there to visit Kim! I bet that gave him some energy! Good therapy!

    Glad to see Kim up in a wheelchair.

    Am attaching several dog photos of Winston for you to share with Kim. Not new, and certainly not as exciting as seeing D, L and K in person, but maybe the pic of another dog will bring a little cheer to him. Dogs, even just their pics, can do good therapy things.
