At the Wedding: Kim & Maria

When we were told in February that Kim had AML and learned about the survival rate, our first thoughts were: would Kim be healthy enough to attend the wedding of our son Daniel to his wonderful bride Lauren? Dr Webster, Kim’s lead oncologist at Hopkins, agreed to ‘tweak’ the schedule to allow sufficient time between treatments so that we could attend such important event. Everything worked out amazingly well and Kim enjoyed himself at this significant event .
